Fairmont Banff Springs Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Please note: to secure our excellent delegate room rates the following cancellation and transfer policies apply to ALL rooms reserved in the Banff 2008 room block at the Fairmont Banff Springs. Important - these differ from the standard Fairmont Banff Springs cancellation and transfer policies.

Reservations will only be accepted if guaranteed by a credit card at time of booking.

Transfer of room reservations from one name to another may by made up to 72 hours prior to arrival; the room deposit is non-transferable and will be held on the credit card used to guarantee the original reservation.

Cancellation of Early Bird rate reservations after March 31, 2008 will incur a charge of one night's room charge (plus applicable taxes) to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation of reservations after May 18, 2008 will incur a charge of one night’s room charge (plus applicable taxes) to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
